These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PicPocket website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, uploading photos, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use PicPocket.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use PicPocket. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You agree not to:

  • Create an account using false information
  • Share your password or allow others to access your account
  • Use another person’s account without permission

We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these Terms.

3. Your Content

3.1 Ownership

You retain full ownership of the photos, videos, and other content (“User Content”) you upload to PicPocket.

3.2 License to PicPocket

By posting or uploading User Content, you grant PicPocket a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

  • Host, store, display, reproduce, modify (for formatting), and distribute your User Content
  • Share your User Content with other users in accordance with your account settings This license exists only for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Service.

3.3 Responsibility for Content

You are solely responsible for the content you upload. You must not post anything that:

  • Infringes on others’ copyrights, trademarks, or other rights
  • Contains hate speech, harassment, or sexually explicit material
  • Violates any law or regulation

PicPocket reserves the right (but is not obligated) to remove or moderate content that violates these rules.

4. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Access or use the Service for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with our systems
  • Use automated scripts or bots to collect data
  • Upload malware or spam
  • Misuse other users’ personal data

Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.
